Terms & Conditions

Registration mode will be both online and offline.
Registration is mandatory to attend the Conference.
Accompanying person and children will not be allowed to the scientific sessions.
For Spot Registrations, Delegate kit will be subject to availability.
Spouse accompanying will be changed as accompanying person.
Kit will be handed over to the registered delegate only.
After the conference, kit, program book, abstract book or any other workshop material will not be disbursed to the Delegate / Associate Delegate / PG Student.
The registration confirmation letter will be sent to you within 15 days after the payment realization.
Fellow / PG Student must submit a Bonafide certificate from HOD / Institute along with the registration form.
Online registration will be closed on midnight 15th Nov 2022, Further registration will start at the conference venue as "SPOT Registration" Category only.
For Offline Registration, draft should be in made in favour of "CARDIOLOGICAL SOCIETY OF INDIA CONFERENCE 2022" (Cheque will not be accepted).

Conference Fee + Conference Kit.
Lunch on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday December 8th, 9th, 10th & 11th 2022.
Inaugural Dinner on Thursday December 8th 2022.
Banquet Dinner on Saturday December 10th 2022.
Visit to Trade Exhibition.
Fee is inclusive of Taxes.
